1. Introduction
Welcome to Aixposure ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aixposure website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Aixposure is an unregistered entity currently in the process of formal incorporation. References to "Aixposure" in this document refer to the team and project operating the Aixposure platform.
2. Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.
3. Description of Service
Aixposure provides tools for monitoring and analyzing brand visibility across artificial intelligence (AI) platforms ("Monitoring System"). The Service currently allows users to:
- Submit a website link to generate a visibility score and related analytics;
- View brand performance metrics, such as Overall Performance, Share of Voice, Average Ranking, and Sentiment;
- Access additional reports and data visualizations via a user dashboard;
- Receive information about top-cited sources and competitor analysis.
Aixposure may expand its services over time to include brand optimization, automated recommendations, and integration with third-party platforms (e.g., WordPress). These future features are described for informational purposes only and are not currently available unless expressly stated.
4. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account by providing your name, email address, and information about your projects or websites. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
5. Paid Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing
Aixposure offers both free and paid subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Provides one free report upon registration.
- Premium Plan: $29 per month, allowing up to eight (8) reports per month.
- Additional Reports: May be offered in exchange for product testing or participation in supervised research (e.g., video calls).
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Aixposure does not store or process your payment card information directly.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable policies of our payment providers and relevant laws. Aixposure reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. Specifically, you shall not:
- Attempt to interfere with the normal operation or security of the Service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service;
- Use automated systems (e.g., bots or scrapers) without written consent;
- Upload, transmit, or share any content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Aixposure reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
7. Data Collection and Use
By using the Service, you consent to Aixposure collecting and processing certain information you provide, including:
- Submitted website URLs and related publicly available data;
- Name, email, and project information (if you register an account).

8. Beta Use and Product Disclaimer
The Service, or portions of it, may be offered as a beta or early-access version. You acknowledge that:
- Beta features are experimental and may contain errors;

- Aixposure disclaims any liability for loss, damage, or business interruption resulting from beta use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including text, software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by Aixposure. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our materials without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aixposure and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aixposure, its team members, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your:
- Violation of these Terms;
- Misuse of the Service;
- Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms Aixposure or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (General), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the United States.
